Arena Ownership Explained
Hello Houndrace fam,
We are excited to announce that our game will be available for testing in a public testnet alpha version starting from the 31st of May 2022!💥
For the testnet version, we will give away test NFTs for our most active members in the Discord community in order to be able to play and interact with the game. We also thought about some useful information about the Houndrace NFTs and Arena NFts and the core features of the game.
Let’s see this time the Arenas!
As the name Houndrace dictates, the main assets of our the game will be the hound NFTs and good news that you will also be able to own part of the action, when you are and Arena NFT owner. Let’s see how you can become an owner and what kind of benefits you will enjoy in the future as an owner!
How to become an Arena Owner?
You may already know that in the Houndverse there will several types of races, next to the normal races you can join to tournaments, private races and interactive races. For each type of race for sure there will be a different kind of arena, where the race will be located.
For every race that takes place in your arena, you will earn a fee from the total prize pool.
The fees are calculated as a percentage from the total prize pool that is generated from the entry tickets. You will earn Houndrace Potions (HRP tokens), by winning races, owning arenas, as this potion will be one of the core engines of interaction and growth with the houndrace environment.
If you own an Arena the following rules will apply according to the payment.👇
Race with 12 participating hounds:
Prize distribution:
💎1st place: 60%
💎2nd place: 25%
💎3rd place: 10%
💎5% will be split between the arena owner and the platform on a 80/20 proportion.
It means you will be able to earn fee passively without any input as an arena owner, each time a race takes place in your Arena.
The races are automatically distributed by the system.
Arena Variables
The Houndrace Arenas will have different types of distances, surface designs and weather types so it will be always a fun experience for our users, to immerse in the races in different locations.
💥Distance:
The available distances will be: 800m, 1000m, 1400m, 1600m, 2000m & 2200m.
💥Surface:
2 available surfaces: neon and metallic.
💥Weather:
4 weather types: sunny, foggy, dusty & rainy.
Custom Arenas
The Houndrace game engine has a high degree of customization that will create a diverse and always fun experience for our users.
There will be the possibility for creating custom races with custom themes for partnerships, custom arenas, rewards and new unique skin sets that can be applied to the current hounds.
The custom Arenas will always be a fully custom-made environment, with unique design elements according to the partnership theme.
